The Glow Rhino LightBringer, designed by Elliot Williamson of Ferrum Forge Knife Works, marks a bright new light in the EDC knife world. Glow Rhino has been working with tritium for nearly 30 yeARS—they're likely responsible for the tritium sights on your favorite firearm. They reached out to Ferrum Forge Knife Works to cReate a knife that maximized the practicality of tritium, not just tossed it on as an afterthought. The result is the LightBringer, a knife you can find and use in the dark.Darkness exists in more than night: it's easy to overlook the darkness inside handbAGS, drawers, and other places you may need to find your knife. The LightBringer features tritium in the spine to be easily seen, and tritium in the thumb stud so you can keep track of the blade, making operating the knife in darkness a breeze. The handle was made to fit the human hand, and the blade shape was inspired by a rhino horn, shaped to cut well and add a unique flair. Took a shot on this one. The Thumb stud on the show side has tritium, and also along the spine. Easy to know what is in the dark before grabbing it. The scales are translucent enough to let the tritium dimly show through in the area above it too. Nitro-V blade is very slicey, and came sharp. The blade is perfectly centered, and the action and detent are spots on. Runs smooth as… read more silk out of the box. The pocket clip is deep carry, has recessed hardware, and grabs well. The Flipper tab and blade design are fantastic for closing. Solid for its weight. Zero blade play. Comfortable ergonomics. All in all, it’s a great knife and has done better than expected. I am glad I took a shot on this. Also, made in Detroit.
