Love it
I'd been drooling over there for a long time untill I was able to finally snag one. I love the sleekness The action is buttery smooth and it by far my favorite front flipper.
Great with a small issue
This knife is a great front flipper and fun to fidget with. I like the sleek design and it is exceptionally light for the size and blade length.
My one issue is that it developed a gritty like feeling when closing that I cannot figure out how to fix. If I can get that taken care of easy 5 stars, but for now I will leave it at 4.
New favorite.
This has become my new favorite knife. The pivot screw did loosen after a day or so but a dab of purple lock tite solved that. The fit and finish is fantastic. No sharp corners or edges. The front flipper flips perfectly.
The blade on this knife came sharp and it has great slicing geometry. The blasted finish looks good. Satin finish would look better but it's no problem.…

This knife is a great knife to carry because it is so slim in pocket. It goes well in an office or out on a job site. The carbon fiber show scale reduces weight and looks fantastic.
I highly recommend buying one if you can. I am very happy to have bought one.
Amazing Knife with one small problem
This is my favorite knife in a lot of aspects. In my opinion, the design is next to none, and the action is very good. The one thing that i was annoyed with was that after a few hours, the pivot began to loosen. Luckily this knife is relatively easy to maintain so this is not a big issue. Just clean it out and use stronger thread locker. Although, at this price, this should not… read more be an issue. Aside from that, this is one of my favorite knives in my possession.
Amazing knife but with a huge problem
I will start off by saying that this knife is truly a masterpiece with its action and overall fit and finish.....but there’s one huge problem with the knife.....it’s got a pretty good amount of blade play....when I received the knife I was excited to flip it open and everything but soon after it developed a great deal of blade play....and the pivot seems to keep loosening after…

I tried to tighten the pivot...which helped only temporarily for the blade play then went right back to the way it was.....for a knife that’s 220$ I am truly upset with this....i can’t stop thinking about it...not sure what I am going to do with it....I really like it and I really hate it right now. To my knowledge it seems that I am not the only one having issues with the knife....hopefully this mess can all be fixed.
Edit/update: knife seems to be completely fine, I tightened the pivot with blue locktite and let it harden, and the knife seems to be solid.... no problems at all.....excellent knife, one that will stay in my collection I hope until time makes me part with it. 10/10 with bladehq’s service as well.
Threadlocker problem and then stop pin broke
Mine came with a ton of blue threadlocker in the pivot, most of it uncured. I discovered this after the pivot loosened up on the first day of ownership. I cleaned it out and reassembled the pivot (hooray for the fixed female piece!) with some purple loctite and now I love the knife -- no blade play or loosening problems at all.
Edit: the internal stop pin broke!! No abuse,…

just flicking, suddenly it wouldn't open all the way. Disassembled and found one end of the pin had broken off the blade. Boos sent me a shipping label, repaired it, sent it back good as new... meaning I had to loctite it again.
Zero Issues
Been used several times now and have no pivot issues. The design and execution are a huge hit.
Maybe it’s just me?
So I’ll start with I love the design of this knife. I think Boos hit it out of the park and came up with something original in an increasingly unoriginal market. The materials are fantastic and Bladehq as always could not have been better to deal with ALTHOUGH I do wish they would offer some sort of rewards system similar to Knife Center. My issue with the knife is the pivot came… read more so loose it nearly fell out of the knife within the first 30 minutes I owned it. I know most people will say just put some locktite on and shut up. The problem is it had loctite from the factory and still came out. I put ALOT more on and it hasn’t come free yet but now I’m nervous to use the knife. For all of ZT’s or Benchmades issues I am never afraid to use one of their knives. And for $220 I just think this shouldn’t happen. I don’t know maybe I’m being dramatic just my thoughts. Like I said I love the design, I think Will Boos does fantastic work, and Bladehq is awesome. Just the one flaw but to me it’s kind of a big one
So close
This is a great knife, no way around it. My only complaint is that I spent a pretty penny on a knife with blade play. Now I need to buy the tools to maintenance this - not what I expected from a $220.00 knife. Other than that, I received it in a timely manner from bladehq. The best letter opener you'll ever own.
